Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-hospital care.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, OSHA standards, and ethical guidelines.
Qualification
- Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in acute or critical care.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Proficient in EMR systems and patient health technology.
