As an RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibility
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care in alignment with individualized care plans.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly respond to changes in status.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and ensure safe medication practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Document all assessments and interventions accurately in the EMR while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Educate patients and families about treatments, procedures, and post-discharge instructions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
- Support a fast-paced hospital environment with teamwork and strong communication.
Qualification
- Current California RN license (or valid compact license); BSN preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of hospital or acute care nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and evidence-based practice
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and patient-centered care ethos
- Authorized to work in the United States
