Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care and perform thorough nursing assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses for efficacy and safety
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
- Monitor vital signs, identify clinical changes, and escalate concerns promptly
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-discharge care
- Document accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualification
- Current RN license in Washington state or eligibility to obtain one
- BSN or ADN from an accredited program
- 1+ year of acute or inpatient clinical experience preferred
- Basic Life Support BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and charting
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
