Responsibility
- Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs to identify changes in status
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Administer medications and perform advanced nursing procedures including IV therapy
- Coordinate discharge planning and patient education for safe transitions
- Document care accurately in the EHR and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families while maintaining dignity and respect
- Maintain infection control protocols and patient safety standards
Qualification
- WA RN license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- 1-3 years of acute care or hospital experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
- CPR/BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
