Responsibility

  • Provide direct, evidence-based patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Administer medications and perform IV therapy following hospital protocols.

  • Collaborate with physicians, RRTs, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

Qualification

  • Current RN license in the state of Washington (WA).
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN with 2+ years of acute care experience acceptable.
  • Active BLS certification; ACLS within 6-12 months of hire.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; patient- and family-centered approach.
