Join BCA Finance as a Relationship Officer in Karawang and play a key role in expanding our consumer finance network. You will be responsible for marketing loan products, assessing customer eligibility, and delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients.
In this contract role, you will:
- Promote and sell BCA Finance products to individuals and small businesses within the Karawang area.
- Conduct customer needs assessments, surveys, and data analysis to determine creditworthiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring compliant and risk-aware practices.
- Collaborate with branch teams to identify opportunities and expand our network.
- Prepare and present product information, quotes, and financing options to customers.
- Document activities accurately in the CRM and report insights to management.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive products to optimize strategies.

Qualification

- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess credit risk and customer data.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; willingness to learn new tools.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang and travel as needed within the region.
