Responsibility
- Deliver engaging online English lessons to learners primarily in Asian markets using 51Talk's platform
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum and student levels, using age-appropriate materials
- Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to students and, where appropriate, parents
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and inclusive virtual classroom environment
- Utilize 51Talk teaching tools and resources to facilitate interactive activities (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
- Document attendance, lesson outcomes, and student performance in the platform's logs
- Collaborate with the support and training teams during onboarding and ongoing professional development
- Adapt lesson pacing and activities to meet diverse learner needs and time zones
Qualification
