Responsibility
- Deliver structured 1:1 or small-group tutoring sessions via Zoom for primary school students in English, Mathematics, or Science.

- Monitor engagement and progress, adjusting pace and methods to maximize understanding and retention.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and guardians after each session.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, milestones, and assessment outcomes.
- Coordinate scheduling with families and ensure a safe, respectful, and professional online learning environment.
Qualification
- 5+ years of tutoring experience, focusing on English, Mathematics, or Science at the primary level.
- Diploma or degree in Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong command of English and familiarity with the Singapore primary curriculum.
- Proficiency with Zoom and online teaching tools (breakout rooms, screen sharing, polls, annotations).
- Excellent communication, patience, and ability to adapt instruction to individual learning styles.
