Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end renewable energy projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and local authorities.
- Analyze project feasibility, risks, and financial models to drive business objectives.
- Secure permitting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and community partners.
- Monitor project progress with regular reporting and adjust schedules or resources as needed.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental standards on all project sites.
- Support business development by identifying and assessing new renewable energy opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing large renewable energy projects (solar, wind, or storage).
- Proven project management and leadership abilities.
- Strong understanding of energy markets, permitting, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- PMP certification and familiarity with Agile methodologies a plus.
- Proficient in project management tools and financial modeling.
- Commitment to sustainability and passion for clean energy innovation.
