Join a leading renewable energy company at the forefront of solar, wind, and energy storage projects. We are seeking a results-driven Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead multi site development, engineering, procurement, and construction coordination.
In this role you will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional safety standards. You will be empowered to influence grid integration strategies and drive sustainable energy adoption.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end project management for solar, wind, and storage developments from concept to commissioning.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Coordinate permitting, interconnection studies, and regulatory compliance for utility scale projects.
- Manage risk, issue resolution, and change control to keep projects on track.
- Lead cross functional teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and utilities to align project outcomes with grid requirements.
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular status reporting to leadership and investors.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and value engineering to maximize return on investment.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field; master preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, EPC, or operations.
- Proven track record delivering grid connected solar, wind or storage projects from concept to commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of permitting processes, interconnection, PPA economics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools and ERP systems; familiar with GIS and data analytics is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required by project portfolio.
