Responsibility
- Lead and manage all stage management activities for mainstage productions.
- Coordinate schedules, rehearsals, and technical run-throughs with creative and technical teams.
- Oversee backstage operations, ensuring the highest standards of performance and safety.
- Communicate effectively with cast, crew, and creative staff to resolve issues swiftly.
- Document blocking, cues, and performance notes with meticulous accuracy.
- Maintain production documentation, prompt books, and performance reports.
- Support casting sessions and artist onboarding processes as needed.
- Champion a positive, collaborative, and professional workplace culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional stage management experience in live theatre.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Expertise in coordinating complex production schedules and technical requirements.
- Proficiency with digital cue software and script markup tools.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic timelines.

- Availability for evening and weekend performances.
