As a Restaurant Purchasing Specialist, you will partner with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to manage endâtoâend procurement for food, beverages, and related supplies. You will build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor supplier performance to safeguard quality, freshness, and continuity of supply. Your focus on accuracy and compliance will help minimize waste, optimize costs, and contribute to our sustainable, guestâfocused service.

Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverage, and related purchasing needs to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Develop and manage supplier contracts, terms, delivery schedules, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with kitchen and ops teams to forecast demand, plan procurement cycles, and prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Monitor inventory levels, track spend, and implement cost-control initiatives without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
- Maintain accurate records, vendor databases, and documentation for audits and reporting.
- Resolve supplier issues, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Support crossâfunctional projects and contribute to sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
Qualification
- Minimum 2â3 years of purchasing/procurement experience in hospitality or F&B, preferably in Bali.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, cost controls, and procurement software/tools.
- Excellent communication in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive procurement improvements.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with kitchen, operations, and finance teams.
