In this role, you will own daily operations, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure flawless execution of brand standards and superior customer service.
Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, and develop frontline teammates; manage scheduling, performance reviews, and career growth.
- Drive sales growth by monitoring KPIs, implementing coaching programs, and optimizing customer journeys.
- Oversee inventory control, visual merchandising, and store layout to maximize conversions and minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform merchandising plans and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company policies; manage incident reporting and remediation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent hands-on retail leadership experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive retail management or operations experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer electronics.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and MSOffice; familiarity with data analytics.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Results-driven, data-informed decision maker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
