Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Optimize merchandising and in-store presentation to maximize conversion
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive strategies
- Coordinate promotions, events, and community partnerships
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to align omnichannel experiences
Qualification
- 3+ years in retail sales or store management with a proven track record
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales metrics
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
