Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring a flawless shopping experience from greeting to checkout.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team, conduct performance reviews, and manage scheduling.
- Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective merchandising and promotions.
- Maintain visual standards and brand integrity through window and floor displays.
- Oversee inventory control, shrink prevention, and accurate stock replenishment.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize assortments and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualification
- 5+ years retail management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury segments.
- Proven leadership and team development skills with a track record of improving store performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or related field is preferred.
