As a Retail Store Manager, you will influence every customer interaction and drive performance in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.
Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to ensure flawless execution of all store processes and standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by coaching the team and resolving issues with speed and empathy.
- Drive sales, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Oversee visual merchandising and replenishment to maintain brand standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members; succession planning and performance management.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and shrinkage prevention; coordinate loss prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional managers on promotions, events, and store initiatives.
- Prepare and present store performance reports, and utilize data to optimize staffing and operations.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of store management or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail analytics.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or related field preferred.
