Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations for home appliances.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, answering questions with clear, confident explanations.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system; handle cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain attractive displays, organize stock, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
- Assist with receiving shipments, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Support promotions and in-store merchandising to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
Qualification
- Enthusiasm for learning and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English; Malay is a plus.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities; comfortable using a POS system.
