Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations and sales goals to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales associates to maximize performance and job satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, resolve issues promptly, and protect brand integrity.
- Analyze KPIs, optimize inventory accuracy, and execute compelling visual merchandising.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, floor coverage, and break allocations.
- Collaborate with district managers on campaigns, events, and promotional calendars.
- Maintain store standards, safety compliance, and loss prevention practices.
Qualification
- 3+ years of retail sales or store supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong guest service mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic Excel, and inventory software.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
