Responsibility
- Build and maintain a productive network of retailers and distributors within the ARJUNA territory, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing effective call plans and territory coverage.
- Present Garudafood products with strong value propositions, conduct product tastings, and manage in-store promotions and merchandising.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics to prevent stockouts, and ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
- Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and provide timely insights to sales leadership and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize shelf placement, pricing, and promotional display standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates; analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve retailer issues, and maintain long-term partnerships built on trust and performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; majors in Marketing, Business, or related fields are a plus.
- 1-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or retail environments; strong track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently with strong time-management.
- Willingness to travel within the Cicendo and broader West Java territory; valid driving license preferred.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and data-driven decision making.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English is a plus for cross-functional collaboration.
