Responsibility
- Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service and build rapport with shoppers
- Assist customers with product selection and styling advice to maximize conversion
- Maintain clean, organized selling floor and appealing product displays
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals through upsell and cross sell
- Collaborate with team to plan promotions, events, and flash sales
- Support inventory control including receiving shipments and stock replenishment
Qualification
- 1-3 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong product knowledge and fashion sensibility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Friendly, professional demeanor and team oriented attitude
- Basic math and POS terminal familiarity
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
