Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to ensure outstanding customer service and sales performance.
- Coach, engage, and develop a high performing team through hands on leadership.
- Manage scheduling, workflows, and floor coverage to optimize productivity.
- Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising and staffing to maximize conversion and average order value.
- Maintain visual standards and inventory controls to reduce shrink and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with head office on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Champion an inclusive store culture that reflects brand values and community engagement.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in retail or business management.
- 5+ years in retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or store leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering best in class customer service.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem solving skills.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory control, and basic analytics.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Demonstrated merchandising acumen and a passion for fashion and home goods.
