NovaTrend Retail is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship store in New York City. You will own daily operations, cultivate a high-performing team, and deliver a premium customer experience aligned with our brand standards.

Responsibility
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handle escalations with empathy, and foster long-term client relationships.
- Manage visual merchandising and floor layouts to uphold brand standards and optimize product appeal.
- Monitor inventory, track shrink, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment.
- Analyze sales data, prepare weekly reports, and adjust staffing, promotions, and training accordingly.
- Collaborate with district and brand leadership to execute promotional campaigns and drive store growth.
Qualification
- 3+ years of retail management or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and loss prevention processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or related field preferred; equivalent retail experience considered.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
