Responsibility
- Open and close the store with precision, manage cash handling and ensure accurate POS transactions.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of sales associates to deliver outstanding service.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, coaching for conversion, and analyzing daily metrics.
- Oversee inventory control, merchandising, back-of-house operations, and shrink prevention.
- Deliver a premium customer experience, resolve complex issues, and escalate when needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to execute promotions and omnichannel initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience in retail leadership.
- 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset with ability to handle escalations gracefully.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with visual merchandising and inventory planning.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
