Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to meet or exceed sales, service, and operational targets.
- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, and schedule coverage to optimize customer flow.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences and resolve escalated issues with professionalism.
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, shrink reduction, and accurate merchandising execution.
- Manage visual merchandising standards and in-store promotions to maximize brand presence.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive data-informed action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling, POS procedures, and safety standards.
Qualification
- 3+ years of retail management or store leadership experience in a consumer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-development skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and basic data analysis (Excel or similar).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; high school diploma plus relevant experience is acceptable.
