Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team; manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance feedback.
- Drive sales growth through data-driven planning, effective merchandising, and active conversion tactics.
- Oversee inventory management, shrink control, and loss prevention.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand integrity across campaigns.
- Manage scheduling, payroll approvals, and labor optimization in line with store needs.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on promotions, events, and omnichannel initiatives.
- Analyze weekly KPIs and implement action plans to exceed targets.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of retail experience with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering a best-in-class guest experience.
- Strong communication, people management, and coaching skills.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and merchandising software.
- Ability to analyze data, adapt strategies, and make decisions quickly.
- Results-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed in a retail environment.
