Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Hire, train, and mentor sales associates to achieve or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
- Analyze sales metrics, manage staffing levels, and optimize floor coverage for peak periods.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal campaigns to maximize product visibility.
- Foster a culture of outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and relationship building with customers.
- Collaborate with merchandising and e-commerce teams to fulfill online orders and drive seamless omnichannel experiences.
- Manage inventory accuracy, receiving, cycle counts, and shrink control to ensure stock integrity.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years in retail sales or store management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills with the ability to develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and basic retail analytics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- English fluency; additional language skills a plus.
