Responsibility
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales goals and KPI targets.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and cash management.
- Deliver premium customer service to ensure satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Recruit, hire, and train store staff; schedule and monitor performance effectively.
- Implement brand merchandising and visual standards for a compelling in-store experience.
- Analyze sales data and inventory trends; provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualification
- 3+ years of retail management experience (fashion/apparel preferred).
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and hit store targets.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with POS systems and retail analytics tools.
- Passion for fashion and emerging retail trends.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
