Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to deliver sales targets and exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing team; schedule and manage staffing levels.
- Monitor KPI performance, implement action plans, and analyze sales data to maximize revenue.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, shrink reduction, and loss prevention.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on promotions, events, and merchandising strategies.
- Champion customer service with a personal, friendly approach; resolve escalated issues.
- Oversee store safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures.
Qualification
- 3+ years of retail store management or equivalent leadership experience.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong customer service.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and retail software.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent retail experience.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
