Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and safety compliance.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team; schedule, training, and performance reviews.
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and upselling strategies.
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, and shrink control; execute regular counts and audits.
- Execute merchandising and promotional plans to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, seasonality, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure store meets brand standards, cleanliness, and safety requirements; collaborate with corporate on initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail leadership experience.
- Minimum 3 years in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; comfort with data analysis.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
