Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth customer flow and service excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Manage scheduling, onboarding, and performance reviews to optimize coverage during peak periods.
- Oversee visual merchandising and inventory planning to maximize sales and margins.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive action plans.
- Maintain store standards, sanitation, safety, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with regional managers on promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-day reconciliation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail leadership experience.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced store.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and act on insights.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
