Responsibility
- Drive operational excellence to ensure smooth daily store functions
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Deliver consistently superior customer experiences to maximize satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to implement effective retail strategies
- Oversee inventory control processes and visual merchandising standards
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and recruitment in line with business needs
- Uphold store policies, safety, and security regulations at all times

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management or related field
- 3+ years’ experience as a retail supervisor or manager
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Expertise in POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
