Responsibility
- Lead day-to-day store operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team, conducting regular performance feedback and training.
- Oversee visual merchandising and product placement to maximize brand story and conversion.
- Manage inventory processes, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control with accuracy.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales data to inform staffing, promotions, and store initiatives.
- Ensure flawless store standards, health and safety compliance, and loss prevention practices.
- Collaborate with regional managers on promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Deliver best-in-class guest service, resolve escalations, and foster repeat business.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a guest-centric mindset.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and retail analytics.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering operational excellence.
- Ability to manage staff scheduling, payroll, and store priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
