Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring a flawless guest experience and seamless execution of all store processes.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team; set clear goals and track progress.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and associate training on product benefits and objections handling.
- Analyze sales metrics, inventory levels, and shrinkage to optimize stock and maximize profitability.
- Own loss prevention and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with district leadership to execute seasonal plans and community engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage staffing schedules, floor coverage, and payroll within budget.
- Deliver a best-in-class service culture by coaching on rapport, problem solving, and guest recovery.
Qualification
- 5+ years of retail leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a store management or supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction scores.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in POS systems, inventory tools, and basic Excel/analytics.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store shifts.
- Customer-first mindset; adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
