Pulse Retail Group is a premium consumer brand delivering exceptional shopping experiences. We are seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager for our flagship Los Angeles location to lead operations, coach a high-performing team, and elevate guest engagement.

Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to optimize sales, guest experience, and brand standards.
- Drive sales through coaching, performance management, and staff development.
- Manage staffing schedules, onboarding, and training programs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and in store presentation.
- Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and vendor compliance; execute receiving and POS processes.
- Analyze sales metrics, implement promotions, and optimize store layouts.
- Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to unify omni channel strategies.
Qualification
- 3+ years retail leadership or store management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and data driven decision making abilities.
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software; familiarity with inventory management.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
