Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring flawless execution of merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; set clear KPIs and provide ongoing coaching.
- Drive sales, optimize in-store layouts, and manage promotions to maximize revenue and margins.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and implement action plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with e-commerce and head office to deliver a unified omnichannel experience.
- Cultivate a welcoming, inclusive store culture that reflects our brand values.
Qualification
- 3+ years retail management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of coaching and performance improvement.
- Strong guest service mindset and ability to resolve issues with poise.
- Solid analytical skills and experience using POS systems and retail software.
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
