Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations including opening and closing routines, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve sales and service goals.
- Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to optimize merchandising, staffing, and scheduling.
- Ensure outstanding customer experience through product knowledge, personalized service, and proactive issue resolution.
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies, promotions, and in-store events in alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and shrink reduction while maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance to protect customers and staff.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and talent development abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; hands-on experience accepted.
