Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and KPI performance.
- Manage and coach a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalations with professionalism.
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, and shrinkage control.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Forecast labor needs, create schedules, and optimize staffing.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and loss prevention metrics.
- Collaborate with head office on promotions, marketing, and product launches.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years retail management experience with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and basic reporting.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
