Join Aurora Retail Group as a Retail Store Manager in New York City. We are looking for a motivated leader who can elevate the in store experience, optimize operations, and mentor a diverse team.
In this role you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring store execution, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will partner with corporate teams to implement merchandising initiatives and leverage data to inform decisions.
Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing and compliance with company standards.
- Drive top line sales through proactive customer engagement, upselling, and strategic merchandising.
- Manage inventory, shrink, and stock replenishment to maintain optimal availability.
- Coach and develop a high performing team, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns across the floor.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure loss prevention, safety, and security protocols are consistently followed.
- Collaborate with district managers and corporate partners to deliver a best in class customer experience.
Qualification
- Proven retail management experience of 3+ years in a fast paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage KPIs such as conversion and average order value.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and merchandising software.
- Customer centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
