Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure smooth cash wrap, opening/closing routines, and safety compliance.
- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team; conduct regular performance reviews and development plans.
- Drive sales goals through effective coaching, upselling, and customer relationship management.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, replenishment, and loss prevention to optimize profitability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation across windows, floor, and fitting rooms.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on promotions, events, and store initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Foster community relationships and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team motivation skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems, retail software, and basic data analysis; strong Excel skills preferred.
- Solid understanding of visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent retail leadership experience considered.
