As Store Manager, you will set the strategy to maximize sales and profitability while upholding brand standards, training programs, visual merchandising, and service excellence.
Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations, driving sales and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Coach and develop a diverse team of sales associates, squad leaders, and specialists.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement action plans to exceed targets.
- Oversee inventory management, shrink reduction, and accurate stock replenishment.
- Ensure visual standards and merchandising are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Partner with e-commerce and marketing teams to execute promotions and events.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and inclusive store environment.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of retail store management or equivalent leadership experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving KPIs such as conversion and average basket size.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
- Experience with inventory control, loss prevention, and POS systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; related retail or business degree a plus.
