Responsibility

  • Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS accuracy to minimize shrink and errors.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; lead effective scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of retail leadership or store management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult escalations with diplomacy.
