Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations from opening to closing, ensuring flawless execution and compliance with company policies.
- Drive sales performance through effective coaching, one-on-one feedback, and data-driven action plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-caliber sales team aligned with brand standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, resolve complex issues, and build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and store presentation that reflects the brand aesthetic.
- Manage inventory, shrinkage control, and loss prevention measures to optimize stock reliability.
- Coordinate with marketing and visual teams to execute promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership to inform strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
- 5+ years in retail management, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing top-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong merchandising instincts and brand storytelling ability.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and CRM tools.
