Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to ensure flawless guest experiences and smooth service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Oversee inventory management, shrink reduction, and accurate replenishment.
- Recruit, train, and coach a high performing sales team.
- Maintain and elevate visual merchandising standards consistent with the brand.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust staffing and scheduling accordingly.
- Build community relationships and host in-store events to attract new guests.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on promotions and campaigns.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a customer first mindset.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and staff development abilities.
- Merchandising and visual presentation expertise with attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory control and loss prevention.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
