Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to ensure flawless execution of sales, service, and visual merchandising.
- Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to exceed sales targets with a guest-centric approach.
- Own scheduling, training, and performance management; provide ongoing feedback and recognition.
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge, upselling, and relationship-building with clients.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrink control while maintaining perfect presentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams on promotions, events, and product launches.
- Analyze sales data and guest insights to optimize assortment and store performance.
Qualification
- 4+ years in retail leadership or store management, luxury retail preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Excellent visual merchandising and inventory management skills.
- Proficient with POS systems, CRM, and data analysis; advanced Excel a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, retail, or related field.
