Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and elevating customer experience
- Coach, develop, and supervise store associates including scheduling and performance reviews
- Drive visual standards and merchandising to maximize product appeal
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and shrink reduction
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and develop action plans
- Collaborate with regional partners on promotions, omnichannel fulfillment, and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Build a high performing team culture and positive store atmosphere
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in business, retail or related field
- 3+ years of retail management experience or equivalent
- Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of local market and community engagement is a plus
