Responsibility
- Greet customers, assess needs, and provide tailored recommendations that elevate the guest experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash with precision.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and support visual merchandising standards.
- Upsell related products and accessories to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with teammates to execute in-store events and promotions.
- Stay informed about product features, materials, and care instructions to offer confident guidance.
Qualification
- 1+ year of retail or customer-service experience; fashion or home goods background preferred.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Basic math skills and experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or merchandising is a plus.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
