Responsibility

  • Plan and supervise daily road construction activities across assigned projects, ensuring adherence to designs and specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate field crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Enforce safety standards, perform pre-task risk assessments, and conduct regular toolbox talks and site inspections.
  • Monitor progress, track daily production, and adjust schedules to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Review blueprints and civil drawings; communicate design changes to teams and document deviations.
  • Coordinate traffic management, temporary signage, and public safety measures with local authorities.
  • Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and project managers to address issues and maintain compliance.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or trade certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of supervision on road construction or heavy civil projects.
  • Ability to read civil drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • OSHA 10/30 certification and strong commitment to safety.
  • Experience with heavy equipment operation and basic maintenance knowledge.
  • CDL license is a plus; valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
