We are seeking a results-driven Road Construction Project Foreman to join SummitRoad Civil & Infrastructure in Denver, CO. This role leads field crews, ensures safety compliance, and delivers high-quality asphalt and concrete roadway projects on schedule. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize workflows and resource allocation, while maintaining a safe and efficient job site.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise field crews on roadway construction projects, ensuring work is performed to spec, on time, and within budget.
- Plan daily work sequences, allocate equipment, manpower, and materials, and monitor productivity to meet milestones.
- Enforce safety programs, conduct site safety meetings, and ensure OSHA standards are followed on every shift.
- Inspect and oversee earthworks, drainage, asphalt and concrete paving, curbs and sidewalks; verify quality control and testing.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and timely procurement.
- Review drawings, specifications, and change orders; implement field modifications as needed and maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage daily logs, progress reporting, and site diaries to keep stakeholders informed.
- Mentor and develop crew members, provide performance feedback, and facilitate training to build a strong, safety-focused team.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in road construction or civil paving; prior supervisor or lead role preferred.
- Proven track record managing large-scale paving projects (asphalt and concrete) with on-time delivery.
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, drainage, traffic control, compaction, and quality assurance.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- OSHA 30 or higher; safety-first mindset; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Proficiency with project management tools and daily reporting; basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
