Responsibility
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of road construction projects from mobilization to closeout.
- Coordinate with city agencies, utility providers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and seamless operations.
- Oversee field crews, safety programs, quality control, and environmental safeguards on site.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, change orders, and cost control to maximize value.
- Monitor progress with established KPIs and communicate status to stakeholders using clear reporting.
- Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate schedule and safety risks.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in road or highway construction project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling (Primavera P6 or MS Project), and cost control.
- Proven leadership abilities with hands-on field management and safety leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management software; familiarity with GIS tools a plus.
- Active driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
