Responsibility

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of road construction projects from mobilization to closeout.
  • Coordinate with city agencies, utility providers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and seamless operations.
  • Oversee field crews, safety programs, quality control, and environmental safeguards on site.
  • Manage project budgets, procurement, change orders, and cost control to maximize value.

Qualification
