TerraBuild Civil is seeking a results-driven Road Construction Project Manager to lead multi-million dollar highway and street projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and a track record of delivering on time and on budget.

Responsibility
- Lead the planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution of road construction projects from inception to closeout.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, forecast cash flow, and implement cost control measures.
- Oversee safety programs, enforce compliance with OSHA and DOT standards, and conduct regular site inspections.
- Develop and maintain project communication plans with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities.
- Administer procurement and contract management, including change orders and risk mitigation.
- Monitor progress, generate progress reports, and manage schedules to meet deadlines.
- Mentor and lead field teams, ensuring high performance and a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of road or highway construction project management experience
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of DOT standards, codes, and QA/QC processes
- Proficient with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and survey data
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
